I want to make a Youtube video, but I don't have a camera.

Since I don't take a lot of pictures, I was thinking about putting an ad on Craigslist and just having someone make the video for me.

Do you think that's a bad idea.. good idea?

If bad idea, do you know of a camera that is easy to use that will get me up and running quickly?

I believe, a year or so ago, I saw a demo of a camera that had a "download to Youtube" button on it.  Anyone ever seen that camera?   TIA!

Re: Question for Camera Buffs

Do you have a smartphone/android?

You can do videos on it, very easy to upload.

Lots of cameras will do it.   It's not like asking "what's the best ketchup?"

You can do it with a webcam on your computer.

If you have a good camera/photography store in your area, they might rent you something.

Re: Question for Camera Buffs

YouTube has detailed instructions on how to upload videos to their site.  You can upload videos from your comp, cam or phone.

Oh nooo!  It says the picture I'm trying to upload to my channel is too small.

Ugh!

Hi anin,

The video is done, but I can't find "record". Googled:  here's what I got:

"To do this, locate and select the Upload button near the top-right corner of anyYouTube page, locate Webcam capture, and select Record. When you're done, you can use YouTube's built-in editing features to make your video look more polished and professional.

"locate Webcam capture and select record" ....

I've already downloaded the slides ... the slides/pictures are the video.

I'm not doing a webcam, but I need to record about the slides.

BTW, they're slides.  So, I need to talk while the slide show is running.

Re: Question for Camera Buffs

@RinaRina

It seems like you need to add your voice recording to the slide show prior to uploading to YouTube.

I do not have an iPad so do not know if iMovie, Photo or Quicktime is pre-installed.

Anywho, try the suggestions from the Apple Forums.  If they do not pertain to you, strongly suggest that you post in Apple's iPad Forums.
