QVC app on the iPhone

I have the QVC app installed on my iphone but there's no volume when I watch QVC live. I even deleted and then reinstalled the app just to be sure. Can anyone else actually hear the presentation instead of just watching it?

Same here. I have iPhone 6 and you get sound but on my 6 plus there is no sound just video. I need a fix. I reinstalled and checked setting but still no sound.
