Problem with Verizon iPad 3 Data Plan

I selected the 1G plan from my iPad and everything went ok until the final submission. Then I got a System Error message with a Customer Service number to call.

The rep was able to get the plan activated, but I cannot get any account information when I click on the View Account button in Settings. If I click on that button, it deactivates the data plan and instead of the Verizon logo in the upper lefthand corner says No Service. Further clicking on the View Account button brings up a variety of messages, but no account information. Eventually the data plan resets itself. This happened while talking to a Verizon rep yesterday, and he had no idea why this was happening.

Today I have spent all morning with a different Verizon rep, and still no resolution. Both reps - yesterday and today - had me reset the iPad. Still nothing.

They finally wrote out a ticket - probably just to get me off the phone - and said it will take up to 72 hrs to get things straightened out.

Has anyone else had this problem?
