Problem with Fire HD7

Hi all. I just received Amazon Fire HD7 and I love it except when I went to add facebook it keeps telling me it does not recognize my email address and of course it is correct. I don't know what to do from here. Any suggestions what to do or who I should call?

Amazon has a kindle live chat for issues. I used it once and they resolved my issue.

Go to Amazon and click on the link fo customer support for your device. They will either chat with you or call you, depending upon your preference.On the left menu, select Kindle. Click on Manage Content and Devices, and select your Kindle7, and go from there.

Thanks. I am on hold with CS and they can't figure out why it keeps saying we did not recognise your email address. Wish me luck!

Well they said they were having some problems with some of the apps but then facebook was not one of them. They verified everything with me and I went to the next level of tech support and they don't know why I can't log in. They said to keep trying and to call back if the issue is not resolved. What? They did not know what else to tell me to do. Will keep trying as there is nothing else I can do.
