Playstation 4 fraud

I ordered the playstation bundle with guaranteed Xmas delivery and haven't recieved it! Qvc has no answers for me so I've called sony! They said qvc is not an authorized dealer and don't does not offer a bundle with call of duty. They also said they have been sold out of playstatikns for a while. This explains why we have not gotten our play stations
