Have you tried resetting the password using another computer or some other device?

 

My new HP All-in-One desktop is wonderful. I'm still using Win11 but now I have lots of memory and it's so fast.

@SilleeMee  Never thought about resetting using another device.  I will remember that in case it happens again.

 

We keep putting off upgrading with new PC's......old dogs, new tricks.......you know?

 

I may have to get that info from you again about the one you purchased.  I know it is just a matter of time.....Woman Wink
