??? PHONE NUMBER FOR QVC CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED PANDIGITAL???

We purchased a Pandigital 7" tablet last year from QVC. Was so excited to get it, but not so excited once we got it. When ever we try to load things from the APP store, it rarely works and then we try calling Pandigital and get voice mail all the time. So frustrating. Today in watching the show, I thought why should I spend more $$$ again, when I have one here, but no one to help or answer questions. so, one question we have is when will there be a software update to the one we purchased last year, or hardware??

This seems like a great idea, but it has not turned out to be that tablet I wanted :/ so I am hesitant to spend more $$$ on another!

Help!
