Order was Cancelled?

Didn't know where to ask this.  But I was checking to see when my order for the ID Guard rollers were being shipped and it says Cancelled.  I assume they ran out of them?  Shouldn't they have sent me an email that it was cancelled?  I checked in my email inbox and trash folders and didn't get one.

I think you'll have better luck posting this in Customer Care and putting Attention Mods in the title.

Unfortunately we were not able to obtain enough stock to fulfill your order for the Guard Your ID.  A letter has been mailed to you in regards to this.
