Louisiana now has a ridiculously high sales tax - 10%.  Our new Governor, who will doubtless lose the next election, thinks he can raise everything and we won't notice.  WRONG!!   Anyway, taxes and fees definitely added.  But I could not get anyone who could explain to me the size of that increase.  I think if you're going to charge someone for something you ought to be able to explain why.

 

The phone is okay, and does well for DH. He's past his mid 90's now, so he needs the simplest phone we could find, and that was it. But we had asked the sales person at Best Buy if there were any set up fees, and were told that there were none.  Lots of not so good surprises.
