Some of my e mails i send,people can not read because IT looks like a strange language,yes cleared cookies

Go to your email settings and make sure the language is displayed in English.

Spam emails frequently use odd fonts and mix fonts up within words.

It would help if you post a screen shot or copy/paste the email. DO NOT POST any PERSONAL INFO.

None of us know if the email is in a foriegn language or it's encrypted.

It would help to let us know what email service you use, for instance Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL...etc. That way we can see where to look for the settings on your screen. Settings locations are not all the same for every email service but generally you can find an icon wheel looking thing that will take you there, usually found in the upper right of the email screen.
