My cursor won't scroll....

I can click on boxes to open things and move my cursor around the page. I cannot get a page to scroll up or down. Am not used to using the touch pad, but that's not working either as far as scrolling. Have tried using a different mouse with no luck. Hope I'm making sense. ..

You probably turned on the Scroll Lock function.

I have unknowingly locked mine, too.....the first time it happened I panicked...now I know what to do....dang computers....
