It's actually online.tivo.com.  You can go there, log into your Tivo account, and there are buttons like 'Manage' and sub-buttons like 'Season Passes' (oops, keep forgetting the new name), 'To Do List', etc.

(I hate it when they change the names of stuff!)

This is getting ridiculous.  The Tivo website tells me I can't manage my shows because my Tivo is not connected.  I cancelled my old Tivo to connect my new one.  Smiley Sad

@chickenbutt  When I look at my channel guide, the channel numbers aren't in order.  For instance, 1010 is first, then 217, then 7, and so on.  How do I get them to be sorted in order?

EDITED TO ADD:  Never mind.  I figured it out.  Sorry I have so many questions.

Smiley Happy  I just came back online to order something and saw - Glad you figured it out.  One time I accidentally changed the setting on that and it was like - WO!  What the heck?

I have a habit of going through settings when I get something new and find all kinds of stuff I can change or make the way I prefer it.

I think that other way is alphabetical or something weird.   I'm just too used to it being arranged numerically although I guess it could make sense to have it the other way.  Too old to change!  Smiley Happy

Have fun!

Ruh roh!   Having cancelled your other one might kill the ability to move stuff from one to the other.  Smiley Sad  I have lifetime on my Premieres, so there is no cancelling.  All I had to do was keep it plugged it and on my network long enough to move stuff.

The nut that I am - I even took a picture of all my Season Passes on the old one to make sure I didn't mess anything up.  I also took pics of my 'to do' list and something else - can't remember.  That way I didn't miss something I had manually scheduled.

Hope you are able to get everything set up without missing anything!

I wrote down all my season passes and my wish list before I set up the Bolt.  I also wrote down a couple of movies that I had set to record.  I won't lose anything.  I'm just having to set it all up again. It's not that bad though.  Taking a picture would have made much more sense!

@NickNack

i can't believe anyone should have to jump thru all these hoops just to set up a new dvr and a new tv set.  don't take this wrong, i am not referring to you, but the directions that come with the tivo and tv set.

all these things should be basic info, in simple wording anyone can understand.  no way it should take days for what should be a fairly simple upgrade install. fortunately i know how to work around most problems, because the info and how-to is sadly lacking from some manufacturers.

hope you are able to get everything synced up and running so you can enjoy it.

@hckynut    I agree.  They don't make the directions completely clear.  After I got Comcast to activate the cable card and enter the Tivo S/N number, things went a lot better!  I was able to watch the TV last night and also record.
