In process and it’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow...

This is my first time ordering from QVC and it has not been a easy one. I ordered a MacBook Pro which I know is a lot for my first purchase. After talking on the phone for two days I finally verified my information. Now my order is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but it’s still in process. Is it going to get here on time? Or is there anyway to make sure it can be overnighted. My grandson needs it for his online college classes.

The fact that it is still showing in process, to me means that it will not be delivered by tomorrow.

Have you tried contacting customer service?

On a good day, QVC is unreliable on dependable delivery times. You can try calling calling Customer Service. Good luck.

The other folks suggesting a call to the Q - t's probably your best best.
I've had orders come to my door - showing "in process" - I think it's a fluke at times when the shipping details are not updated.

There have been times when a purchase is shipped directly from vendor that the shipping information is not updated in order status. Likely your computer delivery will require an adult signature so would not worry about it just being left at door the way most carriers are delivering now. Like others said, even though a pain, call customer service.

If you ordered it directly from Apple you would have it by now.

Not necessarily. After waiting for it to finally become available -- I ordered the new MacBook Air directly from Apple on March 24. It arrived on April 16. A friend ordered the same laptop the same day I did and hers arrived one day earlier than mine.

O/P if you want fast delivery you have come to the wrong place. QVC is the worst.. the pony express can get packages to you faster. Most computers mail ordered come in from China . That is why I always buy from the source. I would never order any device from a shopping channel. EVER! Good luck to you I hope you get it soon.
