@dooBdoo.....do you make your living educating people about the ins and outs of the hardware on their computers?  Wish  I had half the knowledge as you and others on these boards.....I can run my graphics programs...InDesign, Photoshop, etc, but when it comes to the internal workings, I am worthless.....thanks!

            Good morning, @Mom2Dogs!   You're welcome, and thank you!   Hey, you're not worthless...   I've noticed how helpful and knowledgeable you are and I think you're great!❤️    I've spent most of my life working in IT in health care, in all areas including education and support.   I try to assist when I can -- posters here have been so gracious and generous to me, and I do my best to give back whenever possible.😊

@dooBdoo....while DH and I have made our living in the print industry, I am self taught...I taught my self to run the needed programs I use but when it came to anything else.....it 'scared' be because I was afraid if I would mess around with the inner workings I would do something and the computer would not work. My computer gets a work out daily...... I am an hour away from any Apple dealer and then it's a first come first serve basis...when I really needed a repair, it was a week in the shop.....not good for business.

I would love to understand how things work....thanks again for all the help.
