If anyone has gone through my situation, please help.
Depends on what you like to watch. I subscribe to Acorn TV, Britbox, Netflix, PBS passport and Amazon Prime. I really like British TV shows and movies and why I have two different streaming service for them. I really should cut cable but, I do like to watch sports which costs almost as much as my cable bill to subscribe to each channel.

Another BIG fan of Heartland here. One of my al time favorite tv shows! I started watching season 13 on UPtv by accident. My daughter got me a fire stick for Mother's Day and I have Netflix. I started watching from the beginning and am now on season 6.
Watching it has been such a blessing during this dern virus mess..

I've been using Sling, but they've cut a few channels I like (NFL Network being one). I might pay a bit more and move to YouTube TV at least for the football season, but I haven't decided just yet. It's a better channel lineup for me right now, but it's a bit more expensive.

Hulu with live TV is the best. We get loads of channels, everything we want and more. Plus, many of the Hulu originals are fabulous. I get most every sports game that I want and believe me , that's a lot. Sports fanatic here.
In addition, I add things like Netflix, HBO now, Showtime etc as things come on that I want to watch and then drop them until some show comes back with a new season.
I'ts a snap to set up. You can get a free trial and see what you think.
We also have PBS Passport but I'm not using it like I thought I would. It's $60.00 a year.

I looked it up and Hulu does have a lot of live channels. One word of warning, before you go to all streaming TV, check your internet data usage limits. While most companies give a lot of minutes each month, they get used quickley streaming everything and going over can be expensive.

This is true. We have internet with xfinity and when we first got hulu, we had one terabyte per month of data free. The first month we got pop ups about exceeding our free amount. I called xfinity and they explained about the terabyte and said that it's almost impossible for 2 people to use them all, etc. Well apparently we did or there was some glitch.
So, for the next year we watched the number of bytes we'd used as we went thru the month and never had over 600 or so. We don't watch them as often now and for some reason, Covid maybe, we now have 1.2 , but we still are around 5-600 every month. And keep in mind that we are streaming everything. No cable only hulu+live tv with them. If we're watching anything, using phones, iPad it's using bytes of internet.
So, we still don't know what was going on that first month but unless you have a lot of family members, you'll probably never go over the free amount. This applies to all streaming devices ,not just hulu. It's an internet thing.
