Hello! So I ordered a Ps5 on Friday. And I was just curious to know how long it usually takes for them to change the "In Processing" Status to "Shipped"?
I tried asking the support people but they have cut me off more than once before I can ask it. Or they give an extremely vauge and unhelpful answer.
So I just want to ask an actual customer this question instead with their own Personal Experience.

@DanSOwatonna The only answer to your question is that there is no time line that applies to every purchase. I also think any number you might see or hear really tells you nothing about any specific order. The timing is quite random.

If this is your first QVC purchase and a big ticket purchase, the Finance dept. at Q usually does some extra 'vetting' to verify all of your info you gave when you made the purchase.
This can take an extra couple of days, before the item actually ships. HTH!

Customer Service was vague because, not having crystal balls, they don't know the answer to your question. They see the same thing you see under "order status". There are too many variable factors.
