My laptop keeps freezing up or is very slow when playing some games. I have IE as a browser. I'm thinking deleting my cookies may help but not sure how to do it. Help needed. TIA

Here's what Google says. It may or may not work because you didn't mention which version of IE you are using and I don't know which ones this works for.

It is very easy to delete cookies. Just starting eating them until they are gone. That's how I do it.

I use a program called CCleaner to delete cookies and temp files from my computer. https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
I use another program System Ninja to clean more junk files. https://singularlabs.com/software/system-ninja/

I also run the CC Cleaner.

I bought a "Win Cleaner"..........much easier than the do-it-yourself method

Thanks for your help, will try it today and the CC Cleaner program sounds pretty easy. Hopefully one of them will work.
