Please help. I'm desperate. I cannot log into my Hotmail (Outlook) account. For some reason, my old mind went blank as to my password. It's a new password because someone hacked into my account and my son told me to change my password so I did but failed to write it down. After too many attempts to log in, I was told that I had to reset my password. I had to answer a bunch of questions. Some of the questions asked for recent e-mail addresses I used. I couldn't recall them as they are in my account and I can't get into it. I don't type e-mail addresses as I just click on the contacts and the address appears. They also asked for recent e-mail subjects. I couldn't recall those either as they, too, are inside my account. They said that for security purposes, they cannot send me a new password because they don't know if I am the owner of the account because I couldn't answer all the questions so they gave me the exact same form to fill out again. How stupid is that?? If I couldn't answer the first time, how can I answer the second time???? Now they said, I've made too many attempts to reset my password and have to wait 24 hours to try again, which will be the same thing all over again. I need to access my e-mail. There is no phone number where I can reach anyone for assistance. Does anyone have any advice for me? Any help will be deeply appreciated. Thank you so much in advance. docsgirl
