SO very sorry!  Just check back every day.  I've been successful that way with other products.

I would also check Best Buy and google image the item.  Then, click on the picture of each item which will take you to the site.

This is the same problem my wife is going through. I managed retail for many years, this seems to be a bait and switch. If her ps5 is not received by UPS shortly I will be taking this to the BBB. They should be able to locate the issue and communicate it not tell my wife they see the same thing and don’t understand.
