Hi...

I guess you can tell from my title, I am NO electronic GEEK !!

I just purchased a DVR/VCR Panasonic item number E249315.

I did get the model number from QVC before I purchased it as I wanted
to make sure that I could watch one channel while recording another.
(I already have one that doesn't, and HATE it)
I called Panasonic and they told me yes, it has a digital tuner and as long as
I have the unit "hooked -up" correctly, I could use the unit that way.

I already KNOW in advance that I will be calling them for help with hooking this
thing up but................

There are a couple of things noted on the box THAT I HAVE NO IDEA what
they are......

If anyone could tell me, at least I will not sound like A TOTAL GEEK when I call them.

This unit records DVD and is also a VCR....
It can also play CD's...............
It does a lot of other things that I cannot figure out.....
But If I cannot figure them out, I probably will never use that feature anyway !!!

One thing the front of the Box says:
"VIERA LINK"..................new name for EZ Sync.....
AND...............
DivX, DivX Certified..................

WHAT THE HECK IS THAT !!!!!
