Have to purchase new TV

I woke up yesterday morning to find my Samsung DLP I purchased in 2006 quit working. I'm thinking of going with the same brand. I would like to here what you have to say. I'm looking at a larger screen LED LCD with maybe 3D. I want the bulbs not to be fluorescents and to have larger Hz than 120. I'm looking around now and would like to hear your opinions.
