Tracfone - How long before it's activated?

I got my phone Friday morning, set it up to activate that night (porting my number from AT&T). Got a voice mail from Tracfone sometime Sunday that there was a problem. After being transferred around several times with their customer service, I'm still waiting for my phone to be activated. So far, this has not been a good experience.
