HP AMD10 with windows 8.1 is nothing but a problem.

QVC customer service with my problem = Wonderful

Tech support for lifetime 8 hours 4 different tech people, Problem still not resolved, Techie #3 who said he was an adcanced technician created more problems, Techie 4 had to fix #3 problems. Issue is not resolved.
