HP Service is the most unsatisfactory.

HP has contracted their customer service to Asia, and the reps. read from a prepared script. They are not tech. saavy and cannot answer simple inquiries. I purchased an all-in-one printer less that two years ago. The software has never worked satisfactorily. HP Customer service tried to sell me another printer rather than resolve my recurring issues. I will never purchase and HP product again.
