HP TSV- Found something interesting

I am thinking of getting this as a present for my DH.. I wanted to go see how much the monthly payments would be, so I went to the shipping screen and ALL shipping is 29.97, to include UPS Premium.. just thought I would pass this info along to anyone considering this..
