HP Laptop (Windows 8) Nov. 24 TSV - Question

Hi,

Can anyone tell me (step-by-step) how to create a recovery disk for this operating system/laptop? I just started setting it up and am scared to go much further until I have a backup disk. (With my previous PC, I always just reinstalled from the provided recovery disk if I ran into a problem.)
