This may be a little long, so PLEASE bare with me.
First of all let me say I am just a novice with computers, so this may be funny to some. I own a Sony laptop computer that I have had for over 6 years. I mainly use it for surfing and receiving emails from friends and family.
I was on my Yahoo home page, bringing up the news for Idol, scrolling up and down using the up and down button, when I noticed that my icons that are always at the bottom of my screen, are now at the right side of my screen with a wide dark grey border.
Usually when I turn on my computer, and my screen saver page come up, I have a very narrow grey border with all my corresponding icons along the bottom of my screen.
I don't know what I hit for them to be on the side of my screen, not no mention, I now have this dark grey border that takes up at least a half of an inch on the side of my screen.
Could someone please tell me how to correct this.
It would be GREATLY appreciated.... I'm sooo embarrassed.
BTW...This happened at 2:30 am. so heaven knows what key I was hitting.
Thanks........
