Before buying a new one, Id take the phone to one of the places that claim they can fix any phone. I had a TracFone with a 1 year warranty. The CS person was clueless as to how to fix it so she told me to return it for an exchange for a "new" one. I did and what I received was an old, reconditioned phone which I smashed. They've got quite a racket going there.

It's working!
I let the battery totally run down, recharged it and it started perfectly again. I think the glitch was within the game of Candy Crush itself.
Whew - what a relief! I am so dependent on my darned phone...![]()

Glad you got it sorted out. Had to laugh because I play CC on three different devices and earlier tonight...you guessed it! CC froze on one of them. I've noticed it happening more since the latest update. Won't stop me playing though. ![]()

If you haven't lately, backup your phone. This is an example of how a phone can go bad without any notice.

@Jordan2. -- I'm so glad you posted this because it's what I thought too. I thought maybe they were marketing a phone for kids. ![]()

@akaburtonfan, I'm not a kid, but I wouldn't mind one!

Yes you can take the battery out of the Premier! My phone froze up, I couldn't even power it off. So my husband took the battery out and waited a few seconds then reinstalled it and it worked again! You have to pull the cover off the back of the phone. There a tiny slot on back, just use your nail and pop it off.

Yes, there are issues with that game maybe because its a older game it does not work well with the newer devices. It has a lot of bugs. So I have read.
