that now rather than later, is the right time for me to buy another Tracfone, which I have been researching?
I know the phone is in my house; I was using it last night. I have looked everwhere it could be. Darn!

If your phone is connected to a google account you can find your phone. Go to your google account via a computer. I think it's under devises, Google will ring your phone for 5 minutes or until you find it and follow the directions they provided. I've used it multiple times.
Of course this only works if you phone is on and charged.

Or if you have a landline, call your cell phone.

Mine disappeared one time. I was certain that I left it on the dining room table.
Well, a former co-worker, who I seldom see, had come to my house for a visit. She said the phone looked exactly like hers so she put it in her purse and took it home. I kept calling my phone, but she wouldn't answer it. A couple of days later she called to let me know she had it. Getting it back was a chore because she's so flakey.

Not kidding, check the refrigerator and/or pantry. I've done both.

Thanks for your suggestions, but I have looked and looked last night and today, even emptied my recycle box.
I can't call my cell phone because I had turned it off and I recall using it on Sat. night at home to program two new contacts in it. I has to be in the house somewhere and it should show up. Very frustrating!

This is probably obvious, but have you checked your pockets? I lost my keys the other day, and they were in my pocket. I never put them in my pocket but had gone out to the car for something and needed them.

Whenever I misplace something, I always look in the fridge. Why? I'll never know because I've yet to find something in the fridge!
Good luck in finding it. The older we get, the more sure we are that sometimes items just grow legs!

Very strange she kept it for so long. Hopefully, it was password protected.
