mtc, sorry to hear that about your Echo.  I have read where others have had their Echo stop, but that customer service has always come thru for them and fixed the problem.  There was only one that I read about who actually had to return it but was sent another one in no time flat.  Hope all works out well with yours and look forward to your update.

Thanks LadyAmara, I have every confidence that Amazon will fix this.  I was just pleasantly stunned at their response and again that it carries a full year warranty.

 

I'm up to my eyeballs right now in sewage so I'll give them a call once the plumber works his magic! . . . Smiley Happy
