Downloading Photos to Computer

Awhile back downloading photos to my computer changed.  Before that it was not problem.  I download my photos with a USB cord and I do get them in the computer.  I check new and then show only but then I'm lost.  It says to put in folder and I do have 2 folders to put them in but I don't know how to get them in the folders.   First time I couldn't figure it out.  Think this is more confusing.  Using Windows 10.

@kismet Are you trying to download from your phone? They have messed it up & made it difficult.

I suppose so you will give up & buy storage, which is what I did.

I know I can download them & I will figure it out, but I haven't yet.

Let us know if you do.
