Hi, I bought the OTO, a couple months ago....I was wondering, why is that when I hit the increase volume control this strange box opens up taking up the bottom half of the page? Also, Tech support said they didn't have my Dell code as vaild? I talked to them via chat, I am have so many questions I need to call tech support, but was wondering what that box was that opens? Thanks and I LOVE my DELL!!!! Still getting used to it tho :-)
