I hope you don't mind my chiming in, @goldensrbest, but this DOES sound like a problem related to the Windows 10 upgrade here.  I have Windows 7 as well.  What many users don't realize is that MS (without any manual interference by the user) will download Windows 10 OS to your computer (in readiness to install it).  Now they've even become more aggressive in installing without permission.  The errors you're experiencing would seem to be from overloads to the processes mentioned in the errors.  I've posted a fix for the Windows 10 cleanup in a thread below with information and how it works.   I hope you'll give it a try as it's working well for those who have reported back, and I've been running it here for several months.Woman Happy

Goldensrbest,

It depends on when you purchased it. QVC will take it back and exchange. But not sure when you bought it.

Next, look through your material/user manuals and find the phone number for the computer company and give them a call. It should still be in warranty if your purchase was recent.

Hope this helps,

Janet
