Coby New tablet..I recieved having trouble getting apps???

I decided to try this? and it came with instructions and it tells me go to this website..selectappsuite.com yes I put the http address in ??? and the site..is a domain site???? and I don't know how to get the Adobe flash drive..and also I can't seem to get the select apps it came with I have the card..and I can't get to the site?

anyone who can help please let me know? as I want to give it a try...if not I am sending back...as this is harder then I thought..
