I have watched numerous camera presentations and never once has the vendor explained the basics of how the camera and the software work. We see the lovely pictures, but I want to know what I need to know or where to go to find out how it works! I have the Olympus 14 meg 35x zoom and for the life of me can't transfer pictures onto a CD. A basic presentation of how to take a picture, how to print a picture, etc would help so much. Not all viewers are tech savvy, and not all cameras work the same!
