I order a Canon T7 camera for $600.  I received an email it was delivered by UPS to my front door mat.  Every upstairs apt has carpet, I do not have a door mat at my front door!!! I contacted my apt's front office to see if anyone possibly could by chance have  returned a package. Office said No! I contacted UPS on line who said I need to contact the seller. QVC said I still have to pay, Contacted Paypal who dismissed my case and said I still have to pay. I seen the UPS truck and told the driver "Hey I had a very expensive package delivered and you delivered it to the wrong apt. His response I have only been the driver for a few days and it is the seasonal workers who bring it to the door!!!! So in the end I had to hurry to WalMart buy a much less expensive camera that I am not happy with just so my wife had something to open for Christmas. I refuse to pay for something that was delivered to the wrong apt number. My down stairs neighbor has a front door mat along with pretty much everyone who lives on the 1st floor. So good luck to having issues resolved and actually tracking the package and having the delivery person from UPS FIRED!!!!! I do not have $600 to just give away sorry!

It's so easy to have a UPS package delivered to the UPS store closest to you, that is what I recommend you do from now on.  While UPS is wrong for delivering it to the wrong apartment, your neighbor "the thief" is also responsible.

Did they take a picture of the item sitting at the door? They usually do that now.

@2Kittys  I know that Amazon does that sometimes, but I don't know about any other carriers.

Read that UPS left it at a door mat I have no door mat that is what the doormat has to do with the story

UPS showed no picture I would at least know where it was left n send my photo of my door. It only had left at front door mat!!! Which mat BC I have carpet like every upstairs unit in my complex.

I contacted QVC they said I still have to pay for an item I did not receive. I dont mind paying if I had the item.

Now when I look at my orders it shows nothing no Camera it says I have no previous or past items at all in my account. Still charging me $600 though.
