Cancelled my HP Computer !!

I am so mad I can't see straight. I ordered the HP computer on 1/13/13 when it was the Todays Special Value. I picked the earlier ship date, which according to the program HOSTS, the computer would ship immediately.

I now find out that the computer Estimated Delivery Date is 1/23/13. Thats bad enough but the software bundle that ships separately will not arrive until 2/1/13 !!!

Are you kidding me ? I have delt with QVC for decades and NEVER heard of such a thing.

I bought a Dell from QVC just a few weeks ago and the software bundle arrived in 4 days and the computer arrived 2 days later. I love the Dell by the way.

I was buying the HP for my wife because her smaller computer is not as fast as it use to be.

If the computer was NOT going to be delivered until 1/23/13 and the software bundle not delivered until 2/1/13, this should have been told to customers.

I just don't want to deal with HP if this is how they handle new customers.
