Are any of you with a chromebook not able to see pictures posted and unable to keep font and colors and "@ a poster" seen when signed in since the last 2 or so weeks since the many tech difficulties with the QVC forums?
I can see all this when I am signed out but then I can't post!
I can see pictures and videos on QVC.com but not the forums.
The Social Team has said they have notified their IT about this but so far, no luck.
I've done everything on my end to see if I could fix it including about 13 things to check and everything is ok on my end.
And of course I first changed browsers, re-started, and cleared cookies and cache-nothing has solved this.
And as always it is only on the QVC website/foums that there is a problem.
I'm wondering if chromebook is not compatible with whatever new software QVC has installed.
I had that awful scrolling forever problem on my phone awhile back like others but it is ok now.
I'm thinking this is just not going to be solved. It's disappointing. I've never had a problem with these myriad tech problems here go on so long.

Is your CB old? Maybe you need to do a powerwash and start anew.
Update CB, too. You probably have done that already.

No it's not old.
I'm sure it is on QVC's end because it started when all the weird problems were starting with everyone and iphones too here a few weeks ago.
I just think it's the way it's going to be.
But it's frustrating and not as nice to read and post, sign in and out if I want to see pictures etc.

I'm not having any problems with my CB and QVC. Just had some sign-in issues a couple of weeks ago but that seems to be resolved now for me anyway.

Do you have any ad-blocking extensions loaded on your CB? Try disabling it and see if that helps.

Thanks, I had tried that and everything I could think of on my end-settings, extensions, access, allowances, java etc. Thoug othing was different on my end than it was when it was working.
Everything has always been fine until all the problems this website and phones had a few weeks ago across the board and different devices and browsers.
I think I'm just out of luck.
I have never found it to be on my end just another twilight zone on the Q!

I don't think a hard reboot is such a good idea. It can corrupt files and file systems.
I really don't think it is my device that is the problem. Though I've checked everything after looking up what to do if you can't see images, I have nothing that would prevent that. I've spent so much time with researching this and trying different things-nothing has helped.
I never had changed anything on my end prior to this problem either.
E-mails to the social team, they can only notify IT.
I think I will just have to grin and bear it though it makes it much less enjoyable to read and post.
I can only see pictures and @ a name if I sign out. Then to post I have to sign in of course. I'm sad about it but nothing more I can do.
I don't know why I have this problem and others don't seem to.
I've tried updating chrome, the browser, changing browsers, making sure everything allows images, always had java script, reboot, restart, clearing cache and cookies, disabling adblock, and more. I've looked all through settings over and over. Nothing I've tried helps. Maybe some computer wizard could figure it out if by some chance it is on my end but they'd probably have to see it in person.
