Boxaid

Boxaid is a remote computer repair service performed by technicians in the U.S.A.  I've read good reviews online and since the Best Buy/Geek Squad near me has closed and my laptop needs a good professional tune-up I am considering Boxaid. 

 

Has anyone had any experience with this service?  If so, what did you think.  The prices seem very reasonable.
