Just called Amazon.com to find out exactly what the 2 orders being shipped were since I haven't ordered anything in a while. The rep said that this was his4th call today with the same shipping order #'s. Forwarded the e-mails to stop-spoofing@amazon.com. Don't click on the zip attachment. Spam for sure!!!

These emails were prolific back in December 2013 and they're back.

I was just going to recommend GetHuman.com. They have great contact info, and I encourage people to provide input, corrections, reviews, and updates to their website, too. It's a great resource.

My friend got one yesterday. I had checked about this phishing scam, so she deleted it. Amazon has a warning about it. Just in case, someone was using her debit card to order, I had her take a picture of the email with her phone before deleting it. Her email had an order number on it and said when her order would be shipping.

SALLY in PHILLY: when on the Amazon.com website, click "contact us" and complete the relevant info. At the bottom, it will ask if you want to be contacted now or later. They should have your number from the original profile. They called me immediately--this was 'Memorial Day late afternoon!!! HTH.
