BOLD letters for a new message. How do I get BOLD. (B)

I use the "B" for bold lettering in my text, no problem.

How do I get the lettering in my NEW MESSAGE to be BOLD?

If you mean the title of the message, I believe it automatically will show in bold letters once posted.
