Apple will unveil the iPhone 17 today and tell the world how amazing it is with the best, greatest, latest, most powerful, smartest, etc. verbiage they use every time they unveil a new product. You never realize how horrible their old product was until they talk about how great the new one is. Apple suffers from buzzword overload whenever they reveal a new product.

I watch to see how overboard they go, as I don't buy most Apple products, but their events are entertaining to watch. They never claim incremental improvements. Every new tweak is a vast improvement over last year's pathetic, worthless piece of junk. Everything new is amazing, astounding, tremendous, best in its class, unprecedented, unparalleled, unmatched, etc.

Dude, it's a freaking phone that 99% of the people won't be able to tell from last year's. It's pretty entertaining to watch. You could make a drinking game where you had to take a shot for each word in the event that ends in a superlative suffix, but every participant would die of alcohol poisoning in the first five minutes.

I'll stick with my Samsung android. It does what I need it to do. Can't imagine paying whatever price Apple gets for their phones.

When Apple introduces a new product do you think they're going to be ho hum about it lol?

I think I'm on my third Apple phone.  I've had many other brands starting in 1994 when I got my first cellphone.  Including a Samsung Galaxy which I hated compared to my iPhone.

I have an iPad and a Macbook.  I've had Dell computers.  But after my most recent Dell laptop and after having Apple I'll never have anythig but Apple products.  No comparison.

We have become an Apple family since 2011.  It took my husband a while to get with the program (pun inteneded) but we are very happy Apple users for all our devices.

I won't slam another platform, but we are very happy where we are and I look forward to seeing what is new when it is announced.

I have a love/hate relationship with my Apple products. On my 3rd iPhone and am still battling it with my google brain, but also have an Apple watch that seems to be acting up an awful lot. DH uses my iPad every evening while I use my windows based laptop.

I'll take a bet that my two year old $250 Android still has more base memory and storage.

I've been all Apple since the original iPhone and would never switch.  I currently have the 15, Apple Watch and an iPad I use constantly for work and home.

My husband has a Samsung S25 and has never had an Apple product.  Even he is considering switching at this point just because of the difference in our two phones.

The only thing I don't have is a Mac because my laptop for work is an HP which is fine.

Interesting that you call it a worthless piece of junk however.

I switched to my first iphone 3 years ago. I also have an ipad pro, but still use my Windows PC since I love Word and Excel so much.

Thought about getting the Pixel phone, but we will probably d/c the landline.  Like the fact that anything that comes thru my phone will also show up on my ipad. That alone will probably make me choose another iphone.
