Anyone use HP's "instant Ink Program?

[ Edited ]

Are you saving money?

I see if you type 15 pages or less per month, the ink is free.

However, it does NOT apply to all printer models (mine included!).

I tried it, they send you ink wether you need it or not. A total scam. Then, it's  supposed to monitor your ink levels, but when I did need it they sent it after I called. It's not cheaper than buying it yourself in the longterm.

Buy my ink at Costco/Sam's and if you really want to save some money, have them fill your empty cartridges.

It felt weird that they knew how many pages that I printed.

I opted out ASAP

I have used it for over 2 years.  I love it.  It is cost effective for me..at about $2.99 a month.  Very convenient, less hassle.  Very dependable service.

@KimmC I have had it for a few years and it works for me too.  The ink seems to last longer than the traditional ink cartridge that I've had with other printers.
