Hoping maybe someone can offer some help.  I shop online a lot and have absolutely no trouble adding items to a shopping cart on any website except one...bonton.com (nothing happens when I click on "add to cart").  I tried on 2 different browsers, ie and firefox.  Have followed all the suggestions given by tech support with nothing resolving the problem.  Contacted the store 's website and they verified that everything is fine at their end.

Any ideas why this happens on only one site??

I tried this site. It runs a little slow for me. This company is having a sale, and the site has more traffic.

Could your browser on your PC need cleaning? You may want to use a program CCleaner. The free one works fine.  https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

@pattyc, did tech support suggest to clear your cookies, close and reopen the browser?

Do you have Javascript enabled? Are you using any privacy browser extensions or script blockers? I just tried the site and it worked fine for me.
