Hi ladies, I purchased my tracfone in November and have loved it until today.  When I put in my pin to open my phone, nothing happens and the screen fades to black.  Any ideas? Thank you.

I don't own a Tracfone, but try shutting phone down a few minutes, then reboot.

I had that happen to me once; my phone needed charging .  Once charged , there was no problem.  Hope this may help.

I powered off and removed the battery then reinserted and it's working, thank you ladies.

I got locked out of my LG Sunset phone.   CS is supposed to be able to unlock it but the rep to whom I spoke decided I needed a new phone since she couldn't unlock it.   What they sent me was an old reconditioned piece of junk which I pitched.   Take it to one of the repair places unless you can return it under the Christmas return period.

@waterlily ~ Bingo!  Glad all is good to go.  I remember my son telling me to do that with the Verizon Jumpack (for wifi) I used at one time.  That always fixed the problem.
