Don’t know what my 5 year old granddaughter did to her iPad. It says activation lock. Suppose to put the Apple ID and password in. Telling me that it incorrect. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

If you google how to turn off activation lock on ipad there are instructions depending on which method you need to use.  I don't know which method you need to use.

Call Apple tech support and/or post in their iPad forums.

If a person tries to log in using an incorrect password or 4-6 digit code three times, the device becomes locked.  Call Apple, do a search at Apple.com or take it into a Apple store/Authorized repair store.
