I installed this in order to download a medical report

After installing it says "safari cannot open this page".

If Acrobat Reader is installed and on the page it says "must have Acrobat Reader installed" why isn't it letting me save it as a PDF file ?

@SharkE   After downloading the app, did you restart your computer afterwards?

If Safari still does not open the PDF file using Acrobat Reader, use another browser.

OR

Use Preview to open your PDF file.

I only use AR as a backup.  So far I've never had to use it since Preview (default) does a pretty good job on its on.

FWIW....

I rarely use Safari.   Smiley Tongue

If you can download the file, do so.  Find the file click on it, select open with and use Preview.
