I understand your frustration.  I haven't been ordering much at all from the Q for quite sometime now for this particular reason.   I truly believe they are having trouble running the outfit, seems a lot of things are going haywire over there.......

I finally recieved this order yesterday. Three @social reps answered my e-mails at various times. I believe Kim was the last one. I appreciate those that helped. I have never ordered any item online that took so long 5/14 to 6/24 .

 

I ordered other items from QVC and recieved on time . I do love the items but do not know whether to chance a Philosophy order again or what the delay was. It was never on waitlist.Smiley Frustrated
