still in process

I ordered a Denim and Co. shirt on 10-22 and it is still "in Process".  What is the Hold up???.  The last few years QVC has been slow, but the last few months has been especially bad..  Why??  FYI.......please pass on to the powers to be....whoever designed the new layout in order status....it is VERY confusing.  definately not user friendly .  Like the previously way much better.  And if you read the other blog comments....you will see I'm not alone.  Thank you.

I agree with your comments. QVC offers a lot of ordering benefits; however, the new order status page is confusing and difficult to find the information you need. Please return to the previous status page. Thank you.
