You are going to lose my business if you dont put in return labels. I dont have the time to print myself. Plus your website wasnt working for me to do that. Going to find somewhere else to buy clothing.

Re: return labels

sending printed labels and/or documents with every order when 10% or less actually need it is a huge waste of resources.

Not only the return labels but they are omitting the invoice in a lot of packages,

I returned a sweater, had to print invoive plus return label. Finally just received my bill,

Received credit for 2 payments and bill charge showed they just billed me for 3rd payment of a returned item. Will call CS as Synchrony Bank has a dispute form of 2 pages plus you have to mail or fax it in!   Plus you have to send proof! All this for $8.10.  No more flex pay for me!

Every site I buy from does the same thing now, including Amazon, Nordstrom, J Crew, Anthropologie, etc.   it takes a few seconds to print a return label if needed.  If not needed, it saves me from more paper recycling.  I love it!

Re: return labels

In some way, customers were paying for those labels, but I haven't seen prices go down, on the contrary.

Instead, some customers say it's OK because other retailers are doing it as if that's a good reason.

QVC is suffering a 13% loss, so expect to see them chipping away at customers' wallets to make up that loss.

I don't mind not getting a label from retailers where I rarely need to return anything, but QVC has been another story in the past.

All I can say is be very selective with what you buy.

If return shipping is on the retailer, I'll gladly print, or otherwise find a way to secure the proper details for the merchandise.  If return shipping I have to pay for, then they should want to at least give you an invoice.

Sorry, that's the way of it now!

At my company, all vendors want to email me invoices, so I have to print....my paper, my ink.

Many offices I work with are totally paperless.

Companies are moving away from wasting paper and resources.

I do not get any printed invoices from Walmart, Amazon, Target, and most other places I shop online.

Times change....and if that is unacceptable, yes, we should shop elsewhere.

@rejoyce2 Call QVC Customer Service and let them know you didn't receive a copy of the invoice and/or a return shipping label. Ask for them to forward both to you via USPS! Then have to do so since someone neglected to include them in your package. It may take 7-10 days, but you will get it and it won't cost you to copy the documents. NOTE: If enough customers ASK for these items, QVC will have to provide them as in the past since the additional postage will drive their costs UP!!
